With out not enough sleep your body will not function right, or at least not at full optimization.  You being someone who is a productive person constantly thinking about how your going to accomplish your next goal may be thinking I can sleep when I die. You are right! But if your moping around trying to gather energy by drinking the coffee with the 7 sugars and the 5 hour energy drinks...

That is where a good workout comes in. Someone who exercise Is someone who is able able to get motivated, Stay Focus. The have it inside them. If you stop what your doing right now, Ya right now, I don't care if you stop reading. But stop what you are doing and do twelve push ups.

If you did those twelve push ups your heart is beating your body wants to move more and I guarantee that you will do more of something productive.

It does not take much to get someone up and at it. The average humans body is tell them screaming at them "Get up you lazy piece of trash." If your letting your own body talk to you like chances are that is you, a "lazy piece of trash". If you are going to be successful negativity toward your self can not be their. You have to be full of your self you have to love your self, you have to be your self 100%
